Enterprise platforms where the user did not choose the software and cannot walk away from it. That changes the job: adoption has to be earned inside a workflow someone is already behind on, and every release lands on people mid-quarter. This is subscription product work at Salesforce and OpenTable, including a failed rollout I was brought in to recover and the process I built to keep launches from missing their goals in the first place.

With the Slack acquisition announced and every product leader asking what it meant for them, I led a four-person team to answer the question in pictures — a full deal-save narrative putting Slack at the center of the seller’s day.
